What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace link via email to follow your package.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders over €75, you benefit from free shipping. For orders under this amount, shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95. Within Europe, shipping costs are €12.95, and for destinations outside Europe, shipping costs are €19.95.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Within the Netherlands, your order will be shipped with PostNL. Outside the Netherlands, your order will be shipped with DHL.

Yes. You can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and returned in its original condition.

What is Alcantara® and what makes it special?
Alcantara® is a premium and very durable Italian microfiber material with a soft and refined touch. Due to its combination of comfort, lightweight properties, and durability, it is used in high-end automotive interiors and exclusive design objects. Ideal for products that are used daily and need to maintain their appearance for a long time.
How do I clean my Fiberfeel Alcantara® products?
For daily maintenance, the included microfiber cloth or a soft brush is usually sufficient. For light stains, you can use a slightly damp cloth and then let it air dry.
Are the phone and AirPods cases MagSafe-compatible?
Yes, all our phone and AirPods cases are MagSafe-compatible and therefore work with MagSafe chargers and other accessories such as phone holders.
Do you offer a warranty on the products?
Yes, we offer a warranty on manufacturing defects. Damage or wear and tear resulting from normal use is not covered by the warranty. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please feel free to contact us.
