1. General
This website is operated by Fiberfeel. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fiberfeel. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
Our webshop is hosted through Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products online.
2. Use of the Website
You may only use our website for lawful purposes. It is not permitted to use the website in any way that may cause harm to Fiberfeel, other users, or third parties.
Among other things, it is not permitted to distribute viruses, harmful code, spam, or any other form of misuse through our website. You may also not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of Fiberfeel or third parties.
We reserve the right to deny access to our website or services in the event of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Product Information
We do our best to present all product information, images, colors, prices, and descriptions as carefully and clearly as possible. However, minor deviations may occur, for example because colors may appear differently on different screens.
Fiberfeel sells premium accessories that are largely made from Alcantara®. Although we present our products as realistically as possible, color, texture, and finish may vary slightly in reality from the images shown on the website.
Obvious errors or mistakes in product information, prices, or promotions are not binding. If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel an order.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices on our website are displayed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.
We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and product availability at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by us.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available in our webshop. An order will only be processed after payment has been successfully completed.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example when:
- there is an error in the price or product information;
- a product is no longer available;
- the payment has not been completed successfully;
- there is a suspicion of fraud or misuse;
- the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
If we cancel an order after you have already paid, we will refund the amount paid.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to the address provided by the customer during checkout. The customer is responsible for entering the correct address details.
Estimated delivery times are stated on our website or during checkout. These delivery times are indicative. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot always prevent delays caused by delivery services or other external circumstances.
Fiberfeel is not liable for delays that occur after a parcel has been handed over to the delivery service. If a parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, we will do our best to work with the customer and the carrier to find an appropriate solution.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the statutory right to a withdrawal period of 14 days after receiving the product for online purchases. Within this period, you may indicate that you wish to withdraw from the purchase without stating a reason.
After notifying us of your return, you then have 14 days to send the product back. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise or unless the issue is the result of an error by Fiberfeel. After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned product via the same payment method used for the order.
Shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded. Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping method will also not be reimbursed.
Products that are clearly used, damaged, or incomplete may be refused or may lead to a reduction in the refundable amount.
8. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must do what you may reasonably expect of it as a consumer.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects or material defects that occur during normal use. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, drops, impacts, wear and tear, water damage, accidents, modifications made by the customer, or normal signs of use.
Because our products are used daily, materials such as Alcantara® may show light signs of use over time. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our products are designed to protect devices and accessories in a stylish and practical way. However, we cannot guarantee that a phone, AirPods case, cards, keys, or other belongings will be fully protected against damage caused by drops, impacts, scratches, pressure, moisture, or other accidents.
Fiberfeel is not liable for damage to devices or other property arising during or from the use of our products, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Fiberfeel.
We are also not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of data, lost revenue, or any other damage resulting from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, product photos, designs, brand names, and other content on our website are the property of Fiberfeel or are used with the permission of the rights holder.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Fiberfeel.
11. Reviews, Feedback, and Customer Responses
If you share feedback, ideas, reviews, or other responses with us, we may use them to improve our products, service, or communication.
We reserve the right to remove responses or reviews if they are offensive, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, harmful, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
