Below you will find all information about the processing, shipment, and delivery of your order.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods, such as launches or temporary promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over €75. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €6.95 within the Netherlands, €12.95 within the European Union, and €19.95 for the rest of the world. The applicable shipping costs are automatically shown at checkout.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days within the Netherlands, 2 to 4 business days for Belgium, 3 to 7 business days for the rest of Europe, and 5 to 10 business days for other destinations worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email. Please note that delivery times may vary due to busy periods, carriers, or customs clearance.

Changing Address Details
Did you notice an error in your address details after placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to process changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is being processed or is already in transit, we cannot guarantee this.

Import Duties and Local Charges
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, or other local charges may apply. Any such additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
