Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day. During busy periods, such as launches or temporary promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping for orders over €75. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are €6.95 within the Netherlands, €12.95 within the European Union, and €19.95 for the rest of the world. The applicable shipping costs will be automatically displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days within the Netherlands, 2 to 4 business days for Belgium, 3 to 7 business days for the rest of Europe, and 5 to 10 business days for other destinations worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email. Please note that delivery times may vary due to busy periods, carriers, or customs clearance.

Changing Address Details
Have you discovered an error in your address details after placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to process changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is being processed or is en route, we cannot guarantee this.

Import Duties and Local Taxes
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, or other local charges may apply. Any additional costs are at the customer's expense and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
