Returns policy

Products can only be returned or exchanged when they are unused and returned in their original condition. If a product shows signs of use or is no longer in its original condition, the return or exchange may be refused.

Return Period
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. You can register your return or exchange within this period.

Return Costs
The costs for returning or exchanging an order are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise stated and/or agreed upon.

Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded via the original payment method. This usually happens within a few business days.

Exchanges
Do you want to exchange a product? Please register this in advance at the bottom of this page. After receipt and inspection of the original product, the exchange will be further processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivered
Have you received a damaged product or has something been delivered incorrectly? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a suitable solution together.

Request a return or exchange

All returns and exchanges must be registered in advance. Below, you can fill in your name, email address, order number, and reason for return using the form. After receiving the return request, you will be contacted to further process the return or exchange.
