Return Conditions
Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and returned in their original condition. If a product shows signs of use or is no longer in its original condition, the return or exchange may be refused.
Return Period
You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. Within this period, you can register your return or exchange request.
Return Costs
The costs of returning or exchanging an order are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated or agreed otherwise.
Refunds
Once your return shipment has been received and inspected, the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded via the original payment method. This is usually processed within a few business days.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product? Please register your exchange request in advance at the bottom of this page. After the original product has been received and inspected, the exchange will be processed further.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivered
Have you received a damaged product or was the wrong item delivered? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work together on a suitable solution.
